I inherited a love of gardening from my parents as did my brother and sister.
In 2011, I became a University of California certified Master Gardener for Santa Clara County. Soon afterwards, I realized that the City of Santa Clara did not have a community garden for the public and so I advocated for one and our first community garden which opened August 25th, 2018 at the corner of San Tomas Expressway and Monroe Street.

I currently share a 35 foot long bed with two other Master Gardeners. We love advising people how to grow vegetables without using any chemicals.
